COST: $999, a deposit of $450 is required to hold your spot.

Deposits are non-refundable after March 1, 2024; All camp registration money is non-refundable after March 15, 2024. Due to the financial obligation to the bus company, as well as to the Castaway Club camp itself, we must maintain a strict refund policy.

  • Sign-ups begin December 10, 2023.
  • Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today!
  • Deposits are refundable until March 1, 2024 at midnight.
  • Non-refundable trip balance is due March 15, 2024. If you choose to pay a $450 deposit when registering, then the balance of $549 is due on March 15, 2024. If you pay a deposit by credit card, the balance will automatically be charged on March 15, 2024.
  • To withdraw a child from camp, an email must be sent to [email protected]..
  • After completing this registration, a confirmation email will be sent with the information you have entered below. 
  • Additional health forms and waivers will be required. Note that the state of Minnesota requires a Physician's signature on the health form. Health forms are due April 15, 2024.
  • There will be a pre-camp mandatory Parent Meeting in May.


More about the Camp Costs and Payments:

  • The cost of camp includes transportation via coach bus (which is very expensive these days!), lodging, a t-shirt, meals at camp and all activities. A camper can bring money for the camp's store and snack bar. 
  • In the past, we have had kids sell World's Finest Chocolates as a fundraiser to help them raise money for their own camp fees. Let Betsy know if this is something you are interested in.

Participant Information

  • A pop-up for Payment Options will appear lower. Please select to a make a deposit ($450) or full payment ($999) there. Further down, you may choose to pay by a credit card or check. Credit card payments will incur processing fees. If you are applying for a Scholarship, please choose to pay by Check and contact Betsy at [email protected] for details and a Camp Aid Application form.

    Cancellations before March 1, 2024 at midnight receive full payment refund. Cancellations between March 2, 2024 and March 15, 2024 at midnight receive a partial refund (deposits are non-refundable at this point.) All payments are non-refundable after March 15, 2024.
    If not paid in full now, a non-refundable trip balance will be due on March 15, 2024. If paying by credit card, your credit card will automatically be charged the balance, if there is one.
