  • Deposits (minus any credit card fees paid) are refundable until February 7, 2025 at midnight.
  • If you want to pay by check to avoid credit card fees (which are fairly substantial: ~$70), choose to pay by Check/Cash and then bring/mail a check to the Young Life office within 3 days of registering.
  • Non-refundable trip balance is due March 28th at midnight.  If you choose to pay a $1500 deposit by credit card when registering, you will be sent a payment link to use to charge the remaining $1000 balance by 3/28/25. Likewise, if you pay a deposit by check, you must get a check for the balance to the YL office by 3/28/25.
  • Online Young Life health forms are due by March 31st (after you register your child and it has been processed, you'll receive an email with a Registrant ID that you'll need when you go to healthform.younglife.org to complete the online health form.) In addition, there will be additional forms, including one that requires a physician's signature, that are due March 31st, as well.
  • After completing this form, a confirmation will be sent with the information you have entered below.
  • To withdraw your child from the Beyond trip, you must email [email protected]. 
  • If there are open spots and you register after March 28, 2025, you must pay the full trip cost of $2500 within 3 days
  • Depending on the number of registrants we receive, we may or may not qualify for Group Airfare. There is a chance you will be asked to book your backpacker's airfare on a specific flight (and you would be refunded an amount for airfare from the trip total.)

  • Please select below to make a deposit or full payment. Further down, you may choose to pay by credit card or check. Credit card payments will incur processing fees and are not refundable.

    The cost of camp includes all air and ground transportation, select equipment, lodging, meals and all activities. Cancellations before February 7th at midnight receive full payment refund. Cancellations between February 8th and March 28th receive refund of any additional payments above the $1500 deposit. All payments are non-refundable after March 28th at midnight.
