Departure: Wednesday, July 30th - very early morning

Return: Sunday, August 3rd - late evening  

COST: $850 (a deposit of $350 is required to hold your spot.

Deposits are non-refundable after March 1, 2025; All camp registration money is non-refundable after March 15, 2025. Due to the financial obligations to the bus company, as well as to the Castaway Club camp itself, we must maintain a strict refund policy.

  • Deposits are refundable until March 1, 2025 at midnight.
  • Non-refundable trip balance is due March 15, 2025. If you choose to pay a $350 deposit when registering, then the balance of $500 is due on March 15, 2025. If you pay a deposit by credit card, the balance will automatically be charged on March 15, 2025.
  • To withdraw a child from camp, an email must be sent to [email protected].
  • After completing this registration, a confirmation email will be sent with the information you have entered below. 
  • Additional health forms and waivers will be required. Note that the state of Minnesota requires a Physician's signature on the health form. Health forms are due April 15, 2025. Schedule those physicals now!
  • There will be a pre-camp mandatory Parent Meeting on May 13, 2025 at 7:30pm at The Lane School in Hinsdale.


More about the Camp Costs and Payments:

  • The cost of camp includes transportation via coach bus (which is very expensive these days!), lodging, a t-shirt, meals at camp and all activities. A camper can bring money for the camp's store and snack bar. 
  • In the past, we have had kids sell World's Finest Chocolates as a fundraiser to help them raise money for their own camp fees. Let Betsy know if this is something you are interested in.

    Cancellations before March 1, 2025 at midnight receive a full payment refund. Cancellations between March 2, 2025 and March 15, 2025 at midnight receive a partial refund (deposit are non-refundable at this point.) All payments are non-refundable after March 15, 2025.
    If not paid in full now, a non-refundable trip balance will be due on March 15, 2025. If paying by credit card, your credit card will automatically be charged the balance, if there is one.
